This is a very classic cocktail, suitable for those who like both Classic Cocktail (Old Fashioned) and Negroni. Sweetness in bitterness is my taste, but I still feel a little sweet.

Then, ask your bartender to change the red taste to dry taste! Order a bitterer, drier Cardinal to satisfy your discerning tongue.

Blood And Sand

是一款以苏格兰威士忌为基酒，加入樱桃利口酒、甜味美思和鲜橙汁等材料调制而成的鸡尾酒。这是一款经典鸡尾酒，名字来源于1922年的同名电影《Blood And Sand》，同样它的配方在1930年一本鸡尾酒书上出现过。

It is a cocktail based on Scotch whiskey, with ingredients such as cherry liqueur, sweetness and fresh orange juice. This is a classic cocktail, named after the eponymous film "Blood And Sand" in 1922, and its formula appeared in a cocktail book in 1930.

故事的主角是一名成功的美国商人，名叫Donn Beach，在好莱坞拥有一家名为“Don the Beachcomber”的餐厅。1934年某一天的下午，Donn Beach的一位好友要从洛杉矶飞往旧金山，临行前Donn Beach邀请他在餐厅吃饭，并特意新调了一款鸡尾酒给他品尝。那位好友连喝三杯之后几乎酩酊大醉，最后被抬着送上了飞机。几天后朋友回访，告知Donn Beach说“我在飞机上感觉自己已经变成了丧尸”，“Zombie”鸡尾酒由此得名。

The protagonist of the story is a successful American businessman named Donn Beach who owns a restaurant in Hollywood called "Don the Beachcomber". One afternoon in 1934, a friend of Donn Beach wanted to fly from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Before leaving, Donn Beach invited him to eat in the restaurant and specially adjusted a new cocktail for him. The friend was almost drunk after drinking three glasses in a row, and was finally carried to the plane. A few days later, a friend returned and told Donn Beach that "I felt like I had become a zombie on the plane", hence the name "Zombie" cocktail.

这款鸡尾酒诞生于19世纪中叶，据说是因为肯塔基赛马会而闻名的鲁易维尔街的一家酒吧专门为赛马迷们调制的。此外还有说是丘吉尔的母亲创造的。不管哪种说法，古典鸡尾酒的历史悠久，一直得到人们的喜爱。
